My mother has been in the Baking business for over 15 years I've always seen her do those huge quinceanera cakes I would love to sit on the side of the table at home and be so mesmerized on how a cake was made. At my 23 years of age I started helping her with simple things, Now at the age of 30 as a Pastry Chef. I'm in Charge of doing all desserts and cakes I'm a very detailed person when it comes to my work my saying is " If i don't like how it came out my client wont like it" I try my best to make everything beautiful so that my customer is satisfied in detail and also in taste. My desserts are mostly European based Patisserie. In others words not too sweet just right.
