With this hot weather it’s so hard to control the consistency of everything I don’t have AC just an old house, so I make it work with the weather I really don’t know how I do it but I Know for sure that God helps me every time I do any pastries or cake ! And for that I’m so thankful ! Always praying before I start a cake specially in the summer double the prayer
